ActiveCampaign combines most important aspects of email marketing into a single & easy to use platform.
ActiveCampaign makes it easy to build and manage subscriber lists with options to import contacts from several sources such as CRM systems, databases or simply a CSV file. The list can be segmented on the basis of recipients’ actions and custom fields. The email editor is simple to use and bears starking similarity to Microsoft Word which makes it easier to work with even to people who have never used an HTML editor. One can choose from the available email templates from the gallery or create a new one from scratch. ActiveCampaign not only allows sending one-time campaigns and autoresponders but date-based campaigns, recurring campaigns and API based campaigns. The reporting is straightforward and covers all the basics.
There is a great focus on social media and a campaign’s performance on social networks can be tracked in real time. This data from social networks can then be used to segment and target users based on their social actions such as liking a campaign on Facebook. The ability to integrate with popular content management systems, CRM software, social networks is an added advantage for those who want to use ActiveCampaign with their existing marketing systems.
